Our wellness organization is looking for an experienced Marketing Assistant who is willing to work hard and grow with the team. The Marketing Assistant will report directly to the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that allow for the successful completion of planned marketing programs. The successful candidate will handle administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies, assist in the development of marketing collateral, track existing marketing campaigns and report on results.

Responsibilities

  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
  • Perform market analysis and research on competition
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
  • PR Outreach
  • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
  • Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns
  • Submit ideas for experimental marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand
  • Be available as a resource for senior marketing professionals who need assistance with completing large projects

Requirements

  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
  • Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Willing and excited to learn!


Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, Design, Film, Marketing, Advertising or related field
  • 1+ years’ experience working in marketing or advertising
