Project Management Assistant

A Project Management Assistant needed and will be responsible for providing supervising and administrative support to the team, ensuring the accuracy of documentation and data entry into Project Management tools, and prompt follow up and coordination of communication within given assignments.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and implements general office services such as:
- Scheduling internal meetings
- Attending external meetings and reporting back to the team
- Supervising the team and coordinating their tasks
- Communicating deadlines and resource needs between team members
- Responding and following up on requests and commitments
Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience working in an office or administrative role, social media, website development, marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Documents (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Ability to work independently, while keeping management informed
- Adaptive, flexible, and able to respond to a dynamic, fast-paced, and challenging environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an aptitude for problem-solving
- Highly detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple work streams with tight deadlines
Job Types: Contract
Pay: From $50.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
