Call Center Customer Service Representative
PSI is a call center like no other! We pride ourselves in the customer service that we provide on behalf of large insurance carriers. There is no selling or collections in this position. All Customer Service Representatives have their own personal desk, shifts that are consistent, and performance evaluation based on fair components.
Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) conduct phone calls to our clients in a professional and respectful manner to verify, gather, and update data using established scripts and procedures. CSRs then accurately record the information in our database.
PSI is a family owned business established over forty (40) years ago. We are located in Largo, FL (near Ulmerton Road and Starkey Road).
PSI is currently hiring for a paid training class that is scheduled to start on Monday, July 10. The training is for 2 to 3 weeks, Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 5:30pm (first day of training starts at 8:30am). After the paid training period, the shift options we have available are:
Monday - Friday 11:00am - 8:00pm
Tuesday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am - 3:00pm
The base hourly rate of pay is $11.00 per hour. This hourly rate can be increased depending on your background and work experience. Part time shifts are available, however the candidate must commit to the initial 2 to 3 weeks full time training period. This is a great option for high school and college students, along with teachers through the summer.
To be considered for this position, all applicants must pass a ten question math assessment and complete and pass a simulated customer service call. The next step will be an interview with a member of our management team.
Any offer of employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background screening and pre-employment drug testing.
