Team Member Services
Responsible for all functions and task as related to the Team Member Service building including, recruitment, staffing, training and development, records management, and employee relations. This position is also responsible for all aspects of the wardrobe department.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Professionally represent Wet’N’Wild SplashTown to all Guests, Applicants, and Team Members.
Assist in the seasonal recruitment process for all Park positions.
Schedule and attend job fairs and recruitment visits to promote Wet’N’Wild SplashTown recruitment efforts.
Process hire requests and maintains listing of all open positions for seasonal positions.
Ensure that job postings are posted in a timely manner and have been distributed to a variety of outside sources to ensure a quality pool of applicants.
Review applications, screen applicants, and makes seasonal hiring decisions for selected positions
Route applications to the departments hiring manager/supervisor for review; track the number of applications daily
Assist with the facilitation of all orientation classes for both new and returning team members.
Assist with the development of supervisory and management training courses on a variety of topics
Oversee the operation of the Wardrobe area; assist in the development of wardrobe policies and procedures and ensure that
all policies/procedures are enforced; ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained
Plan, coordinate, promote, and manage a variety of team member recreation activities and special events.
Coordinate team member activities and events.
Coordinate several internal communications for all team members.
Oversee the input and maintenance of Personnel records.
Monitor and track information through various databases.
Oversee the weekly paycheck distribution plan
Other duties as assigned.
