Our fast-growing insurance agency is in need of Management Trainees/Benefit Coordinators and Assistants to manage our customer accounts.  The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and leadership skills as well as a desire to become an entrepreneur.  We’re looking for energetic professionals with a keen interest in client interaction, marketing, and training.   Applicants with vehicles will receive top priority for lead positions.   

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate book of business accounts and update any entries as necessary
  • Reach out to existing accounts and inquire about their changing needs
  • Use company resources effectively to grow your business 
  • Set and achieve retention goals for assigned accounts
  • Practice effective sales management and customer service techniques
  • Follow up with clients who express concerns, complaints or issues
  • Generate and follow up on business leads

Requirements

  • 18 yrs of age and above (must pass evaluation)
  • 2-4 week training
  • Accounting, Marketing, and Management experience helpful but not required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have reliable transportation
