We are an urban axe throwing company that offers fun experiences to large groups for birthday parties, corporate events & bachelor/bachelorette parties. We are seeking energetic & outgoing individuals provide an excellent, safe, and fun experience to all of our guests.  Our team is high energy, fun, personable, and safety oriented.

Responsibilities

•Coordinate and prepare facility for guests who have booked an experience or walk-ins


•Meet and greet guests upon arrival


•Process “Check-in” of all guests


•Responsible for collecting and processing all payments


•Conduct informative and energetic axe throwing training


•Responsible for engaging guests through interactive games and skill events (training will be provided).


•Engages with each guests throughout event to ensure a personalized coaching and customer services is provided


•Anticipates and interprets the needs of the guests


•Maintains regular contact and communication via phone and email with the management team and the customer service team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED preferred
  • 1+ years’ coaching experience 
  • 1+ years’ customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
