We’re looking for a highly organized self-starter who’s great at multi-tasking to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

Interpreting and entering data into Excel and other programs

Ensuring consistent and accurate inventory numbers between our warehouse and our wholesale and online channels

Wholesale order entry and invoicing

Managing customer service emails and calls

Organizing office supplies, inventory, and fixtures

Mailing and tracking packages and deliveries

Traveling to and from our warehouse to retrieve orders and inventory

Taking notes and maintaining weekly meeting agenda documents

Communicating effectively with staff, vendors, and retailers

Booking flights and hotels for traveling staff

Assist all departments and personnel in administrative tasks as needed


Keen attention to detail

Exceptional organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time

Prioritize and switch between tasks effectively

High proficiency with Excel

Associate’s degree or higher
