We are looking for a Client Service Representative to join our rapidly growing team in Huntersville, NC! As a member of our Client Experience Team, you can help Payentry provide excellent service, training, and results to our clients.

What will you do?

  • Manage relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Utilize our software technologies to respond to clients' needs
  • Handle business-critical processes and documentation for clients
  • Engage clients in product features and functionality 
  • Working with payroll, time and attendance and HR technology
