Client Service Professional - Stocks / Investment

Many contractors on this team will convert to perm-employees and have the chance grown into management or pursue interests in other areas (such as Financial Operations, Analysis, Advisory/Sales etc.)
Position Purpose & Duties
Client Service Professional on the Global Stock Plan Services team.
- Handle incoming phone calls on account statuses, basic financial questions, financial products/service, and best-usage of electronic tools (websites/apps).
- Calls need to be managed professionally while meeting key performance metrics.
- Successful applicants will be professional and career driven.
- Must have an interest in Finance / Investment Services (prior knowledge not required)
Candidates Must Meet 1 of the Following Criteria!!
- 1. Bachelors Degree Highly preferred (even with zero professional experience)
- 2a. H.S. Diploma + Call Center experience in finance, banking, or insurance
- 2b. Military Veterans with either banking OR call center respectfully.
Candidates with a Bachelors Degree will be given STRONG preference
Hired candidates must pass a lifetime criminal background check
