Our smaller and growing Restoration firm is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to handle client and admin duties as well as general office management tasks. When our clients call our office, we want them to find a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.


  • Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct administrator 
  • Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems for all partners
  • Make arrangements and schedule meetings based on all parties


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but high school diploma accepted with some college or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents preferred 
  • Ability to create organized filing system
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
  • Typing speed of at least 70 WPM
  • Overachieving attitude and enhanced work ethic
