Job Description • Plan, develop and implement business strategies for Brand Partnership and grow the business. • Drive and proactively seek and acquisition of brand partnership opportunities. • Plan and manage pitch meetings with brands and agencies. • Drive to achieve annual revenue target and manage budget and ROI • Develop proposals to meet client's objectives and ensure satisfaction between both parties • Define value and benefits to artists when establishing brand partnership. • Create new relationships with brand partners and promote collaboration & maintain long term sustainable partnership. • Work across multiple departments to align priorities and maximize efficiency especially the roster of the artists. • Evaluate and negotiate the commercial or deal terms. Follow up the contract negotiation and ensure compliance. • Partner with Artist Management team to follow through the execution The Successful Applicant • Solid experience selling to brands and their agencies. • Extensive understanding of brand marketing challenges and sales cycles. • A strong contact list of brands and their agencies. • Organised, highly commercial with strong communication and presentation skills. • High energy, hungry to find opportunities and generate revenue. • Experience with music or media or entertainment industries preferred. • With strong connection with artiest will be a big plus. • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated with high level of initiative .
