ABOUT THIS JOB //


The IQOS® Store Assistant Manager will report directly into the General Manager in this full-time role. While taking direction from the General Manager, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for inventory management, staff management, supporting tech issues, and other responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED //

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field preferred
  • Required to work nights and weekends and must be flexible in work schedule
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Customer service or retail experience
  • Problem solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong influencing, judgement, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to multitask, think strategically, and take quick action for immediate results
  • Proven ability to work cross functionally
