We are seeking a part-time administrative assistant to join our team. This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is self-motivated, mature, and resourceful. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously are part of the daily job. The administrative assistant will provide administrative support in the areas of business development, public relations, and project delivery as needed.

- Support and assist with the preparation of business development materials including proposals, brochures, letters, and project research.
- Support the Public Relations needs of the firm by producing public announcements, updating social media sites, updating website messages, contacting and communicating design work with appropriate magazine publications or media outlets.
- Assist with the preparation and production of project deliverables.
- Provide general administrative support to all office staff including running errands, collecting materials, answering phone, filing, etc.
- Highly organized and professional
- Exceptional skills with writing, spelling, and grammar
- Detail oriented
- High level of capability with the following computer programs:
- Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook, and Excel required
- Adobe Creative Suite – In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator preferred
