Current Opening for an Administrative Assistant for Executive Suites located in beautiful Seal Beach!


Responsibilities Include:


-Answer multiple line phone system & announce visitors

-Stock kitchen & keep inventory

-Process incoming & outgoing mail as well as FedEx/UPS

-Gather data once a month for billing

-Book conference rooms

-Monitor Fax Machine


Skills Necessary:


-Must have a good understanding of business decorum

-Must have pleasant telephone voice, handling all calls in a professional manner

-Professional business appearance, manner & attitude

-Cooperative attitude that is compatible with others

-Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)


FULL-TIME 

Monday - Friday

8:30am - 5:00pm

$13/hr
